Chicago cops getting 200 new Ford hybrids
The Chicago Police Department has ordered 200 "pursuit-rated" hybrid police SUVs from Ford, joining New York and Los Angeles police departments in buying the new Ford Hybrid Police Interceptors. The vehicles will be delivered to the CPD by April 2020 and deployed on Chicago streets by August.
