Suburban apartment complex fetches $75 million

A San Francisco-based apartment investor has added another property to its Chicago portfolio, paying $75.3 million for a big complex in west suburban Bensenville. A venture led by FPA Multifamily in late October acquired ReNew on York, a 571-unit property at 100-103 George St., from Partnership Concepts Realty Management (PCRM), according to DuPage County property records.
