Historic River North auditorium for sale

A onetime gathering place for surgeons in River North that has evolved into an event venue may soon have a new owner. Nearly a century after building the Murphy Auditorium, a French Renaissance-style venue at 50 E. Erie St., the American College of Surgeons is ready to cash out.
